I tried a appetizer very similar to this at one of my favorite restaurants and instantly loved it! I was determined to make it at home… surely it couldn’t be that hard (it wasn’t hard at all). This is such an easy recipe with tons of flavor. Oh, PSA… shishito peppers are not hot!
This would be the perfect appetizer to have for when you have some friends over or a side to any meal honestly. Either way, it will be a crowd favorite!
FIRE ROASTED SHISHITO PEPPERS RECIPE:
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 package shishito peppers
1/4 cup goat cheese
1/4 cup sliced roasted almonds
1 T. soy sauce
WHAT TO DO:
- Cook the shishito peppers on the grill until slightly charred.
- Put the peppers in a bowl and add goat cheese, sliced almonds, and pour soy sauce over top!
- Yes, it’s that easy!
